Nicole Ambrosetti's practice focuses on primarily complex business litigation.
Ms. Ambrosetti has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in business disputes in a variety of industries covering a broad range of issues, including antitrust, intellectual property, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business torts.
Other Professional Activities
Ms. Ambrosetti is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the California Lawyers Association Antitrust, UCL, and Privacy section, and serves as a Young Lawyer Representative of Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. Ms. Ambrosetti also serves on the Board of the San Diego chapter of the Duke Alumni Association.
Prior Professional Experience
Prior to joining Murphy Rosen, Ms. Ambrosetti litigated unfair competition, antitrust and complex business litigation matters in San Diego. Prior to that, she worked as an associate at Crowell & Moring LLP in its Irvine office. Ms. Ambrosetti also has lived and worked in several cities in Germany, including a summer internship during law school at a prominent law firm in Frankfurt. Ms. Ambrosetti clerked in West Virginia’s 23rd Judicial Circuit and is admitted in both California and West Virginia.
