| Paul D. Murphy, the managing partner of Murphy Rosen, is a trial lawyer specializing in business and entertainment
litigation as well as business crimes. He litigates cases across the country and has also represented clients before various Congressional Committees.
Paul's practice is diverse, and covers a broad range of disputes such as fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract, as well as disputes over
employment and intellectual property. He also lectures on various subjects, most recently for the Los Angeles County Bar Association on the scope of
fiduciary duties between law partners.
