| Murphy Rosen Meylan & Davitt attorneys have extensive experience providing counseling and litigation services across the
full spectrum of labor, employment and employee benefits law.
We have represented clients in administrative proceedings,
mediations, arbitrations, state and federal trials, and on appeal in matters involving sexual harassment, gender discrimination,
wrongful termination and ERISA preemption. In addition to litigation, much of our work is designed to help clients minimize their
risk of liability at all stages of litigation.
Firm attorneys counsel both employers and employees in a wide range of issues such as claims of discriminatory hiring, promotions
and training, retaliatory firing, employment contract violations and defamation.

We successfully represented a client in the entertainment industry accused of sexual harassment. After vigorously defending
the action, including obtaining several favorable Court Orders and proving in discovery that the facts were not as alleged
by plaintiff, we were able to obtain the favorable settlement. The settlement was reached shortly after we completed
plaintiff's deposition and filed a summary judgment motion. |

We recently represented the former Vice President of Finance for Global Crossings Development Co. in litigation against
the company for terminating his employment after blowing the whistle on Global Crossing Inc.'s since-discredited accounting practices. |

We obtained a favorable settlement on behalf of the former Chief Financial Officer of a large publicly traded company involved in the sale
of aircraft parts and accessories. When the company was considering a merger, our client argued that the investment bank was undervaluing the company to
the detriment of the company's shareholders. Our client was fired and his stock options and other benefits withheld. |
