Joanne L. Rosen's practice focuses on toxic tort and product liability litigation, including mass
torts and complex litigation.
She has extensive knowledge and experience in asbestos personal injury
litigation, representing numerous manufacturers and distributors of products allegedly containing asbestos, as well as
premises owners and contractors. She also handles cases involving occupational and workplace chemical exposure and has
defended medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Ms. Rosen handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation and trial preparation, as well as the drafting of briefs on
appeal. She takes and defends percipient and expert depositions, drafts and argues dispositive motions, represents
clients at mediation, settlement conferences, and participates in jury selection and trials.
